In this stage, consumers are becoming familiar with your brand and what you offer. They recognize that they need to solve a problem or achieve a goal, so they are looking for solutions. Yours is just one they are likely to stumble upon. That is why this stage is so critical. The awareness stage requires educational content from your brand. Be generous by giving up free information like blog posts, webinars, reports, and guides.

Phase 2: Interest

Now that you have the hook, you can’t let your telegram number audience run away. Continue to provide them with entertainment and educational value so they stay interested in your products. Replicate that strategy by sharing branded memes on social media, creating more useful content for your blog, engaging your audience through email marketing, and posting videos on YouTube.

Phase 3: Desire

When you have your audience’s interest, create desire. Talk about the benefits of your product, not its features, to make your prospects want the same great results.

Phase 4: Action

It’s time to close the sale. You want your prospects to add your product to their shopping carts, enter their payment information, and click “Buy Now.” Examine your checkout process from start to finish. What might cause someone to abandon their cart? It could be unnecessary form fields, surprise shipping charges, or a lack of alternative payment methods. Test different checkout pages to see which items should go and which need to be added.

There are three steps you can take to create an ecommerce conversion funnel that will help you identify what your customers want and need. Let’s look at them one by one.
